*The Homemaker*
One of life's blessings is to have shelter, and to manage this shelter with a certain amount
of intellect and know-how. An organised, well maintained home, most often tells alot about the homemaker incharge of such a blessing.
Let us be grateful for our homes and the role many of us have been blessed with, inshaAllah.

Re: *The Homemaker*
dear sisters. The role is not as easy as it looks. A homemaker tries to make the home a safe, organised, clean sanctuary for her loved ones to live in, without being proud, wasteful or extravagant subhanAllah.

salamu aleykum,
oh you are right sister Aischa, i run to look for news in the wonderful kitchen!!
Don't you have also a "wonderful home " where i can get some inspiration? My home is clean and tide mashAllah ( aehm i mean as it can be with 4 kids running arround) but my motivation is nearly at the lowest level istargfirulLah.
So just a suggestion: why not opening a forum for wonderful homemakers!!

I understand dear sis, it's hard work and often appreciation of this role is overlooked.
Two more avis:
A homemaker can be a tailor...:
...and a gardener:

Such talent mashaAllah!

Dear Sister Mabsoota
All that you made is so cute and nice, and always your words are sweet,
Many times at the end of the day I think about what I did and I feel like I did nothing, but you are right, being a homemaker is sometimes not well appreciated even by ourselves.
for remember us how much is important.Wa salam,

Re: *The Homemaker*
for the kind words dear sisters Linah and um zakaria!
We often forget that insha'Allah, we will be rewarded for the clothes we clean, iron, fold, the meals we spend time
preparing, the cobwebs we remove from the corners of our ceilings!
(Although brilliant homemakers never let cobwebs into their homes, LOL!
)We are examples to our young ones, esp. our beautiful daughters:

And after all that hard work, sometimes we should have a bit of me time:

Don't feel guilty about ^, you deserve it ahkwaati!

We must keep the Shaytaan away from our homes in order for us to have
peace and tranquility, love and compassion, patience and gratitude within it.
